We are pleased to invite you to share your patchwork and quilting content with our creative community.
Before uploading any media, please read and follow the guidelines below.
Uploading content indicates your agreement with this policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accepted Media & Technical Requirements
🎥 Video Requirements
- File format: MP4 only
- Maximum file size: 500 MB
- Recommended length: Up to 10 minutes
- Resolution: 720p or 1080p
- Codec: H.264 (standard)
Other file formats or files exceeding these limits may be rejected automatically.
3. Content Theme Guidelines
All uploaded content must be directly related to patchwork and/or quilting.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Patchwork techniques
- Quilting demonstrations
- Textile-related creative processes
- Finished works and tutorials
Content not related to patchwork or quilting will be refused.
4. Content Ownership & Copyright
All uploaded videos, images, and text (“User Content”) remain the intellectual property of the content owner (the User/Member who uploaded the content).
By uploading content, you confirm that:
- You are the original creator or
- You hold full rights and permission to distribute the content
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe:
- Copyright
- Trademarks
- Image rights
- Music or audio rights
- Any third-party intellectual property
5. Review & Approval Process
- All uploaded content is reviewed before publication
- Content is saved as Pending until approved
- Approval is at the discretion of The European Quilting Company
- Approval is not guaranteed
Once approved, your content will appear:
- In the public video library
- On your personal channel
6. Prohibited Content
The following content is not permitted:
- Content unrelated to patchwork or quilting
- Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate material
- Illegal content or content promoting illegal activity
- Content involving cruelty to animals or child exploitation
- Advertising or promotion of unrelated products or services
- Repeated uploads of the same content
- Watermarks, logos, or branding you do not own
- Personal contact details (email, phone number, address)
- Copyrighted music or media without permission
Such content will be rejected or removed without notice.
7. User Responsibilities
By uploading content, you agree that:
- You are fully responsible for the content you upload
- You indemnify and hold harmless
The European Quilting Company and The Patchwork Warehouse
from any legal, financial, or third-party claims related to your content
You also agree to respond promptly to any moderation or verification requests relating to your content.
8. Verification Requests (When Required)
In rare cases of dispute, complaint, or legal concern, we may request verification.
You may be asked to provide:
- Confirmation of filming date and location
- Proof of identity and age of any identifiable individuals
- Written consent from any participants appearing in the content
- Evidence of distribution or publication rights
Failure to provide reasonable verification may result in content removal or account suspension.
9. Licence to Display Content
By uploading content to The Patchwork Warehouse, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
- Store
- Review
- Moderate
- Display your content on

- Does not transfer ownership
- Does not allow resale or redistribution to third parties
- Allows promotional use of your content only in connection with The Patchwork Warehouse, without financial compensation
10. Content Removal
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations
- Remove content at any time for legal or operational reasons
11. Upload Recommendation
